Japanese Genmaicha

I have been drinking your tea for years. It is wonderful. Genmaicha has always been one of my favorites. This time, however, it tastes awful. A huge SURPRISE and disappointment. Wish I could describe the problem better but the taste is unappealing overall, underlying rice flavor is dull and not what it always has been in the past. And i bought a whole bunch!
