Suction and strap issue

I love the color and style and how light it is. The sleeve is a plus too. However, 2 things disappoint me 1) strap hook is of low quality, breaks easily when you try to attach it on the sleeve. 2) suction is not great. I find it hard to get water out from it and it’s hard especially when it’s the middle of the night and your throat is so dry and you needed water that bad. I am a breastfeeding mom so I am constantly thirsty and the suction is not helping me.
