Waykar 80 Pint dehumidifier

I've had the unit for a week, set up was very easy. I hooked up the attachment hose directly to my basement drain. Works wonderful and is pretty quiet. It has programmable humidity settings and easily drops the humidity very quickly. Everything is Great and i'm very happy with the product.

It is defective. I was asked two times to send pics and do tests i want it replaced or my moneybavk. Why am i getting the run around. I will never buy from waykar ever again . The humidity ias 51 for five days. It is set at 30 .
