I am really very pleased with the basenotes huge note book. I am currently trying to write a story of my childhood, encouraged by folk who think it is an unusual tale !! It is just great to have everything in one place and also it is out on the table all the time, so I can just jot down notes. I have the blue one and it looks lovely just lying around !!!!

Shamelessly big fat book filling up with thoughts and drawings. So much will go in here. It will feel like a grimoire. Yet to review and use my other lovely sketchbook because of this bad boy.

I have been looking for a really thick, well bound, notebook to write my recipes. I couldn’t find any in the usual book or stationery stores or even online.
Luckily I saw the basenotes ad and placed an order immediately for the 1024 page ruled notebook in blue.
Arrived promptly. The pages have a nice quality feel and a slight graininess that I love. They also don’t stick to each other and they can be turned easily. Very happy with the purchase.
The things I would have loved to see are (having payed a premium price…) : more options : ruled-with or without margin, numbered pages, bookmark, different sizes etc…
