The Dado Jig Works as Described

I started using the router jig as instructed. At one point while starting a new cut I let the router get away from me and damaged the jig. I decided to mount the router to the jig and the rest of the project went without a problem. The router jig with the TrueTrac system is a great combination. Thank You for a very good product.

Excellent system. Important to read the manual and watch the on line video when setting up but goes together quite easily. Cuts are great so far.

Exactly what I expected, excellent customer service!

I have a bunch of sheet goods I needed to cut dados in. I took the necessary time to get router centered on the base plate and attached it direct. I bought a 3/8” downcut spiral bit to cut my 3/4” dados. It works flawlessly as advertised with the adjustability to fine tune the width of the joint. I also used a piece of 1/4” plywood as a spacer that I can line up on the mark and butt against the track to get dead on positioning of track to joint, repeatable every time. Will make a spacer for every bit I will use. Would buy it again in a heartbeat! I feel all their products are value priced and the quality and accuracy is heads and tails above the competition! A well thought out product with features no others have! Lastly, Jacob has always followed up with all my purchases to make sure I’m satisfied with the product! Who else does that!!! Keep up the R&D, look forward to what they come up with next!
