TrueTrac router sled

Over the past few years I have purchased items from TrueTrac, one of my purchases was the router slab flattening system. I don’t use it very often, but, I noticed that the last few times of using it that it was very difficult to use the sled on the opposing rails. I cleaned, I waxed, I used different lubricants hoping that it was just sawdust causing the issue, but to no avail. I reached out to Jacob Rhodes and he responded back and after looking into the time frame of my purchase, he told me that they had a bad batch of rails, and to do field checks on my rails, in which I did, and it was determined that my rails were defective. He sent me out new rails at no charge, now mind you this was well past 2 years of original purchase. TrueTrac and Jacob Rhodes are honest people who stand behind their made in America products!

Love my new gantry

Easy set up and up and running in less than an hour once my table was built! First slab was a true success and everyone there after! Love that I don’t need to reach out over the slab anymore, so the crank is a must! Very well made and customer service goes above and beyond even checked in with me a few weeks later to check in! And I got nothing for this review solely my decision and my opinion! Money well spent.

Great system with honest support!

TrueTrac exceeded my expectations. My system sat in the package for 6 months before I even assembled it. When putting everything together I noticed the one twisted rail that ended up being a faulty batch. The machining of one baseplate wasn't square to the face. They replaced those items at no charge and expedited shipping. She's running perfectly. I'll recommend TrueTrac to everybody in my line of work.
