Excellent materials. I've used the drawing materials and acrylics so far, not to ouls yet in the program. The acrylics are full of pigment, so much so I have to scrub my fingers at the end of a painting session. My only sadness is that it dries out faster than I can use it (on my pallet). I've started using a wet pallet which works. I'm just a slow painter right now.

Super excited I got my Milan Art Supplies!!

I haven't used them yet as I don't start the program untill September, but boy oh boy what fun it was opening the box and looking at everything. Everything looks to be of really great quality & I'm excited to use them!

My thoughts so far… I love every product. I do wish the Acrylics were bigger for the money. I’m on my 3rd painting and I’m running out already.HAvnt started w my oils yet. Looking forward to it. I will most likely end up buying a less expensive brand of acrylics for underpaintings and splurge on Milan oils. I bought 2 packs of vibrant. The second was an accident. So I was disappointed about the return policy. They were really expensive. But, I will make a pointed effort to put them to use. Love the brushes. I don’t feel like any of the drawing pieces were particularly special, I would have like top end drawing supplies as well. Top end mark making supplies would have been good too. The pastels are fine. But maybe some Derwent water soluble like you use on the videos. A blackwing pencil and long tip sharpener would be cool.I really love being introduced to fine tools. I feel like those would be good additions for the price of this course. But overall, I’m glad I started w the mastery package of supplies. It’s great to have almost everything you need at the ready if you’re diving in like I decided to. I’m pleased. 4.5 stars…
