Colombia Jairo Arcila – Strawberry Co-Fermentation

New to co ferments but glad my wife recommended we try one. Also really enjoy Kings Arms which wasn’t originally on our radar and mainly stuck with the “big” roasters like Onyx/Sey but will now add Kings Arms to the rotation! Have gotten a little burned out with the usual roasters so this is a welcome addition.Put the K Ultra C40 and zp6 to work along with the Orea z1 v4 and Kalita tsubame copper 155 and the coffee has been delicious!!

Superb fruit bomb! Notes true to profile in description. Gorgeous aromas and palate. 1:16 ratio, medium coarse grind, fill Hario Switch 1/2 with water (attached photos) with Switch engaged, pour coffee in while stirring coffee with fork. Steep for 2 minutes release switch. Immersion helped to bring out more depth of the bean to round out the fruit forward palate. Pour remaining water in 2 even pours. Highly recommended.

The best coffee I’ve ever had. You can taste all the notes, very impressive. I need a 5 lbs order.
