Superb fruit bomb! Notes true to profile in description. Gorgeous aromas and palate. 1:16 ratio, medium coarse grind, fill Hario Switch 1/2 with water (attached photos) with Switch engaged, pour coffee in while stirring coffee with fork. Steep for 2 minutes release switch. Immersion helped to bring out more depth of the bean to round out the fruit forward palate. Pour remaining water in 2 even pours. Highly recommended.

Best freakin' coffee I've ever had. Co-fermentation...the way to go! Packed with anaerobic flavors and supercharged with legit strawberry that blends seamlessly with the coffee bean.
