Gym Monster 2 - Family Plus

The equipment itself is excellent. I have started to use it and I really like it. Only issue was / is that I had to use a third party shipping company to send it to Puerto Rico. I spoke with Speediance Customer Service and they said they don't ship to Puerto Rico which is strange since Puerto Rico is part of the US and I have had many things shipped to the island. I had to spend another $800 to have it ship from Miami to Puerto Rico. For the price of the machine I wouldn't loved to have it shipped directly to me here in PR. But in regards to the equipment itself, customer service and the actual delivery to Miami, it was a very good experience!

Everything was packaged well. Instructions for rowing bench were helpful but I did not receive instructions on the rest of setup. I have bolts left over that I am trying to figure out where they go. Having issues trying to download instructions from site.

Loving it so far!
