Split Color Moon Water® Liner Pan

These are awesome!

I love this!! I've never used a water liner before, I bought a few different pans, and some brushes and I love everything that I got, this black is so dark and the white is very bright. I was able to put a line above the black on my eyelid and they didn't run together at all (black was dry) there is a little bit of a learning curve if youve never used water liner before. You just have to play with the water ratio a bit I was using way too much at first
