Birthday Gift

I purchased this Hulken bag for my daughter's birthday, and she loves it. I have two myself, and ever since I've had mine, my daughter and granddaughters have loved them. That's why I purchased one for my daughter's birthday. The only thing I was unhappy about was the delivery service used to deliver the hulken. It wasn't UPS, FedEx, or USPS service. It was a company I'd never heard of, and the delivery person left my package in the lobby; they did not deliver it to my door. I received a notification that my bag had been delivered when it hadn't. I had to call the delivery company, and they informed me that a picture was taken as proof of delivery and that it was left on top of the mailboxes in the building lobby. I live in a 14th-floor residential building; anyone could have grabbed my package. Thankfully, I went to the lobby, and it was still there. I was very unhappy with the delivery service. I think Hulken Company should use a more reliable delivery service, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

I ordered 2 of them and I love them. So easy to carry all my files for work without having my arms full and dumping all my folders.
