Holding Bracket

Hello, First, I want to say that I absolutely love the bag. The quality, design, and overall concept are fantastic. It’s one of the nicest golf bags I’ve owned. That said, I have one issue that I’m hoping you can help with. When riding in a golf cart, the club organizer bracket seems to work loose during the round. As it shifts, some of the irons slide deeper into the bag, causing them to clang together and eliminating one of the main benefits of the system. My concern is that the bracket connections may not be holding securely enough and are allowing the organizer to separate while the cart is moving. I’m not sure if this is a defect or if my bag may simply need a replacement bracket. I really want to be able to rave about how quiet the bag is, because I genuinely love the product and the idea behind it. Unfortunately, the noise issue is preventing that right now. Would it be possible to send a replacement bracket or suggest a fix? I’d greatly appreciate any help. Thank you for your time and support.

I ordered the wrong bag. The customer service has been great about getting me the right bag. 5 star service and cant wait to get my 5 star bag.
