(1) This medium roast provides a mellow, full body taste. Very enjoyable and consistent. (2) At $20 per bag, this is a bargain. Elsewhere I see many others at $30 or so. (3) I am using on Ode 2 with SSP burrs at setting 7. I generally use the Fellow Aidan brewer set for medium: the temperature is a bit lower than for a light roast. Good consistent cup. (4) When I do manual pour over, get the same full delicious taste. (5) Golden Cava gives a fresh roast at a good price. Linda
