Pacamara Washed

Please see my review of Pacamara natural for grinding and brewing thoughts. The essential difference between the two, in my opinion, is the effects of the different roast levels and the drying process. This is a medium roast as compared to a medium-dark roast. So a bit less body and more flavors. This one is washed as opposed to the natural approach, which is supposed to provide more subtle flavors, which I find it does. . Both are very good value for the money.
