When I first got the speakers these meds I was unimpressed with the magnet structure on the back of them considering the watt power that they are claiming and I literally almost sent them back because I look at them and thought these things can't handle 85 Watts Peak let alone RMS until I read on the box superstratonium magnet I had no idea what this was so I had to do the research come to find out according to Google it's a fair eye magnet that is Tripoli energy density of standard ferrite has a much higher 300 seed degree Celsius before demagnification becomes a problem it cost more money to manufacture this magnet structure compared to standard ferrite magnets that are bigger so in essence they are a superior design structure with a much better significantly higher energy density but if you're buying these and you get them and you don't do the research you really don't know I would heavily suggest that on the box or on the website preferably on both so people get a better understanding that you brag about this stratonium magnet the power the energy density compared to standard ferrite the fact that it costs a little bit more to manufacture has a better degree rating overall Superior product but if you don't explain this to the customer on the website and somewhere on the box Illuminating the differences between the two I fear you'll have a lot of returns based upon visual experience only this is clearly an upgrade compared to standard ferrite magnets although much smaller than standard Barat magnets they hold much more of a bang so brag about it on your website in detail and brag about it on the box inform the purchaser of what they're seeing so they have an understanding because I am 52 years old and I did not realize that there was a difference until I looked it up I was one inch away from returning them without ever hooking them up but I am not going to return them now based upon the information that I was able to receive from the web it's just like I said about the amplifier that I bought recently the hcca 2000.5 the numbers from the website should match the numbers on the box that should match the numbers on the birth certificate as far as power output because on the 2000.5 your salesman on YouTube nice guy been with you forever said that at 12.6 volts it puts out 1400 Watts our mass at 1 ohm it just simply does not on the website you can even find where it's 1 ohm power output is it just says unverified or unvalidated or something like that when you look it up so I literally bought the amp based upon what the salesman said on on Facebook I bought it based off of 12.6 volts at 1400 Watts RMS the box I got said 1380 which wasn't a big difference but then the burst certificate shocked me a little bit it said 13.8 volts at 1 ohm 1300 Watts the voltage that was claimed is over a boat difference and the 1400 watts are mesh is 1300 Watts so you have a lower power rating at a higher volt rating compared to what you can read about or if you watch your salesman on Facebook these are areas that I believe all numbers should be matching across website box product and what is talked about I believe this is one of the most important things for a company that sells anything because when you have confusing numbers and you don't understand it really makes you feel a little bit cheated which could trigger people into returning product again. So that's my input I hope you take into consideration these areas because I truly believe what these areas in the right and not confusing by your confidence goes up returns go down and the customer the buying people will feel confident in buying a product when these areas are all aligned with each other respectfully Aaron tidball and one other thing Orion seems to be familiar with Williston audio Labs on YouTube it seems like you guys have a good relationship please get a hold of him and send him one of these 2,000.5 Channel hcca amplifiers I didn't even know it existed until I just happened to stumble across your salesman on Facebook I had no idea this amp even existed. And if you look at his view she gets anywhere from $70,000 to a half a million views on the items he reviews and he reviews a lot of Orion and talks highly of them guys these areas that I have talked about numbers matching premium service with premium product getting your product out there to YouTubers that get massive views these are areas that if you look in Orion's history may have contributed to the downfall of Orion because if you look at the old videos of Orion from people confusion with numbers is one of the biggest things that is talked about if you're going to pay for the premium product you should damn well make sure that premium product is spec on accurate in every way thank you again because I almost sent back this five channel amp it really upset me when I saw that the voltage claimed was not the voltage and the power claimed on the output was not the power on the birth certificate I almost sent this Aunt back because it made me feel like I was baited into buying something they truly wasn't rated at the specifications of what the salesman was saying just a helpful word of advice I used to sell car audio I've been in customer service all my life and when confusion and misunderstanding start flowing that's when everything starts going down if you're going to claim 12.6 volts on the five channel at 1400 Watts RMS by your salesman or even 1380 by the Box then you should absolutely ensure that the voltage tested is at 12.6 and at least 1400 Watts at that voltage rating because when you up the voltage to 13.6 and you drop 100 Watts continuous off the back of that on a higher voltage these two numbers add up to a substantial amount of power difference in the end thank you
