In short surprised! The comfort of this pillow and the 8cm height (I'm 5'1") made a significant difference to the stiff neck & arm tingling which woke me up repeatedly during the night Combined with using another soft pillow to support my knees in side lying I rate this pillow as highly effective. Thank you

What great pillow !!! For years I have been using 2 pillows as I tend to snore sometimes, so my head needs to be raised ip but doing that gave me neck pain and headaches. The Levitex Pilliw solved all the issues, plus I am sleeping better. I wish I had found this years ago, great find, fantastic pillow, well worth it.

**Takes getting used to — but worth it**
Took me about a month to adjust, which was frustrating. But now I can't go back to normal pillows - the moment you lie on them, they just compress under your head and lose all support. This one doesn't. I’ll stick with it.
