Following some unexpected lower back pain I decided to invest in a lumbar cushion. I initially thought it was a bit pricey but from a health perspective decided it was worth a try. I use the cushion during the day, in the car and as a side sleeper for back support during the night. Having used the lumbar cushion for just over a week I have definitely noticed an improvement particularly when driving. Just make sure it's positioned correctly and it definitely helps.
It's a thumbs up from me and I would certainly recommend.
