On June 2 we received the box with the main skid plates. The box was damaged and had been repaired. Whether that happened in transport or that was they way it was shipped. The box had oil stains on it that soaked through to the contents. Again, maybe that happened it transport or it was shipped from the factory that way. I emailed that to you on June 3 with pictures of the box and the contents. Now let's review the main skid plates. Just like my A-Arm guards and footwell skid plates, they came scratched and had oil residue on them. Maybe the oil residue was on purpose to reduce the friction of the skid plates rubbing against each other to help prevent scratches. But what I really find unacceptable is where the main skid plates were cut, bent and welded. They were only welded on one side, not both sided like the way the A-Arm guards were welded. I find the main skid plates to be an inferior product and yes, I have provided pictures of the sides not welded. Why weren't both sides welded? I provided this information in my June 3 email along with pictures but have not received a response yet you want me to review your products. Ok! I would not recommend the main skid plates for a 2025-2026 Can-Am Outlander Max XT-P 1000R to anyone as I probably won't even install them. At this point in time I can't say I would even recommend the A-Arm guards or the footwell skid plates. As I said to you Frederik in prior email communications, in the past I had purchased from Ricochet. Their products always arrived in a pristine condition and even though I don't like the way their fasteners are exposed, I should've went with them.
