A decent product but slightly sub-optimal service

I bought this bag as a birthday gift but despite paying extra for a quick delivery it was delayed. Because I heard nothing I ordered a bag from another company. Although neither arrived in time for the birthday, the alternative bag came the next day. Having compared the two products, the recipient decided to return the KIND bag and keep the alternative one. I should add that the alternative bag was considerably more expensive but I felt that the superior quality justifies the extra cost. Nevertheless the KIND bag is a nice thing and if the experience and the way my complaint was handled had been better, we would have kept it and been satisfied.
