Service was awful but lovely product

My first package was lost by Royal Mail and the company accused me of not putting the write address and I did which I proved to them which they then didn’t respond to. They were acting like they were doing me a favour resending the bag as if it was my fault yet I’ve sent them proof it’s on their end. Been really disappointing service. The bag and other products I ordered are lovely but feel let down by the service.
