Rapid Hydration

Ansolutely obsessed! One of the bezy elecrolytes I have tried and I am on a mission to try them all. No gross after taste, smooth clean taste!

Sweeter than I thought. No caffeine listed, however I cannot drink it after 2pm, I woun’t be able to sleep. Needing 5 tsp of salt a day, hard to keep drinking this all day. There is some residue that settles, even though I thoroughly stir and shake. I tried it! Back to my previous brand.

First: I received my order after contacting Ralley Bear when my order never shipped. They responded and corrected this issue right away. Withing three days I had my order. I found my first packet in about 16 oz of water was a bit sweet. Today, I added ice and filled my 30 oz cup with water and all tasted great! I need to drink a lot of water and lots of sodium plus extra electrolytes and right now this seems to be working for me. Thanks RB!
