AlphaRex NOVA LED Projector Headlights For Tacoma (2024-Current)

I don’t even know where to start. A buddy of mine recommended me to order from this shop because they have a variety of Tacoma aftermarket parts to choose from. Maybe, I’m just having a bad experience for myself, but I’ve heard good things from others so I gave it a shot. First off, it took two weeks for my headlights to arrive ($120 shipping fee). Secondly, AFTER removing my front bumper, I opened the package only to realize I’ve received the wrong headlights (LUXX series). Thirdly, their customer service team takes a day maybe two to respond through TEXT MESSAGES during BUSINESS HOURS ONLY! I’m still waiting on a response from them for information on a returning address to send back the wrong headlights they sent.
