Historic DC Twirl Dress with Pockets

Fun pattern, great for summer. Especially as a DC Metro area local. I’m between sizes, so a bit large, but still fits well enough. Has some twirl to it, which is fun, but in some wind, glad I had some bike shorts on underneath. Didn’t want to risk it, but fabric seems thick enough, that I think I could get away with darker underwear. Which is good, because sometimes I forget to consider that when I pick what I’m going to wear for the day.
