Dubai Chocolate

This stuff is honestly amazing. I use it on just about everything the wildest thing about this sauce that will make want to try it on everything is how the flavor changes slightly depending on what your using it on. For instance on air fryer chicken nuggets, and chicken in general, the chicken brings out more of that chocolate Molé flavor profile but try it with fries and its a more even barbecue to chocolate flavor. This stuff is honestly amazing and will make or break your dish.

Really tasty sauce with an interesting profile. Enjoyed it on a rack of St. Luis ribs. Not too spicy and not too sweet. Will buy again…
