Dissatisfied but It might be due to roasting?

A little bit harsh? I get the same feel from Brazilian coffee. I'm more than a little disappointed since Colombian coffee is usually a solid 8 or 9 out of 10 for me. My bag looked over-roasted for a medium, so maybe that's the issue. I feel bad for giving only 2 stars, but I couldn't even finish the bag.

Excellent stuff

I'm always hesitant to try new things when I find favorites and from this company, the espresso, Peru penachi, and Honduras Reserva have always been my favorites but I've eyeballed this one for a while. I'm glad I finally tried it because it's now going to replace the espresso in my favorites list. Espresso is still good but it takes a lot of grounds for me to get it to where I like it. I usually make an order of three bags so now it will be Peru penachi, Honduras reserva, and Columbia cacao
