Australian Wagyu Hanger Steak

These Hanger steaks are very tasty and delicious. This cut of meat has become my favorite cut of meat. I usually just pan sear it then put it in the oven about 375 degrees for about 12 minutes. Nice and pink in the center

This wagyu hanger is an amazing piece of meat. The flavor this cut carries is short of amazing. My wife and I are steak fanatics and are very well versed in this field. She and I both agree this Wagyu Hanger was one of the best steak we ever had. Order 2 a few months ago. Omg ….. Always an amazing product by Alpine Butcher as well. It’s not cheap by any stretch, but her and I know if it’s coming from them it’s going to be fantastic everytime. No BS
