The unit took quite a while to install and required a professional as there were 2 pieces that were not in the box and we had to be "creative" as I did not have the time to return and replace as the home is for sale and it is 102F where we live. Once installed it has worked so far very well and cools much faster than the Pioneer that died and could not be revived after only 5 years of use!
