Nova Hair™ Instant Dye Shampoo

I bought 4 bottles of Hela Hair dye for £62. Unfortunately, the product didn't work despite following the instructions. I tried it twice, and on the second attempt my beard was completely dry with no oil or other products used for a week. It still didn't work and caused a burning sensation. I contacted Hela Hair within their 90-day refund period and provided the photos and video they requested. Their website states: “If for any reason the product does not work as expected, we will give you a full refund.” Despite this, they refused a full refund and offered only £31, or asked me to return the 3 unopened bottles at my own expense. Very disappointing product and customer service. I would recommend thinking carefully before purchasing.

Terrible. After several pumps no color came out. I had to pump at least 12 time and finally just a tad of color came out. I used it and it did not cover gray like Polar does. Very disappointed
