Totally satisfied with the product. It really really heats up water! Super easy to set up, but with a slight caveat. If you want to use the hoses that come with it, it literally will set up in a couple minutes. If you elect to use other hoses or pipes you will definitely need to head to the hardware store for transition couplings. This is true of all the instant hot water heaters that I have used or installed. I can never figure out why they just don’t all use half inch FIP or MIP. I did not have enough water pressure coming into the unit (I am not using the pressure pump) so it would not operate when I had the water on max flow. I solved that by using a showerhead that allowed a lot more water to flow through it. Totally did the job, now works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.
