Have been using an old neck bolster between my knees for back and knee problems. Your bolster is more effective due to size and firmness. Seems to help with cooling also. Thank you.

Great Bolster. Not overly firm just perfect. You can remove some of the filling if you prefer a softer bolster. I like that it has a pillow case.
