⭐ 0/5 Stars — Terrible Quality and Even Worse Follow-Through From Customer Service I spent a lot of time researching before purchasing these copper-infused sheets because I wanted a high-quality, long-lasting set. Unfortunately, these are genuinely the worst sheets I have ever owned. The fitted sheet started pilling within approximately one week of use — before it had even been washed. At first, I actually questioned myself and thought maybe I had caused the issue somehow. I gave the sheets more time, but that was clearly not the case. The entire sheet has now completely pilled from normal use. They are so uncomfortable and poor quality that after only a few months, I am literally throwing them away. The customer service experience made it worse. I reached out almost immediately when the problem started. They responded quickly, apologized, and asked me to send my order number and photos so they could look into it. I sent everything they requested. Then they completely stopped responding. No follow-up. No solution. No standing behind their product. A premium-priced sheet set should not fail within days of use, and a company should not ask a customer for proof of a problem and then ignore them once they provide it. I wanted to love these sheets, but between the fabric failure and the lack of customer support, I absolutely would not recommend them.

I have been trying to get a reply from them about returning this king set but i only get put off or ignored. Not good customer service

I kept this set. It’s okay but not the best bamboo set i’ve had.
