What a fun class and delicious chocolate!

We had a great time at the truffle making class. The chocolate was delicious and it was cool to taste the beans in all steps of processing as well as the finished chocolate. I enjoyed hearing about Bibamba's story and how chocolate is grown and processed. Only area of improvement would be to have something bigger than a computer screen for the power point. I think you are already planning to do that.
