Great service. Cables were different

Cable was pretty much as described and installed fine. The only hiccup I had was the cable loop included a plastic insert which is a great idea, however my peg it fits in wasn't deep enough to accommodate the extra thickness. I therefore removed the plastic insert so the cable loop would fit completely in the peg. The loop ended up being a bit larger then, but seems to be operating fine. Overall tho, I would highly recommend Tyler and this source for door parts.

There was a hiccup where they sent me just the springs when I ordered springs and cables, but they quickly rectified the issue. Companies that can quickly rectify issues are more important to me then being 100% accurate all the time. Great job!
