Has quite a bitter taste so best mixed with juice or coconut water. Way more cost effective than the tablets I was taking and easy to add to liquid

I wanted a pure product without all the sugar added, I purchased a small packet to try. Tastes terrible, however the benefits out way the flavour, I simply add a little cordial. And I have not missed a night of not taking it. sleeping better, no more horrendous cramps (back, stomach etc) so yes, I'll be buying more.

Works brilliantly

This magnesium works so well, but the taste leaves a lot to be desired. I've tried it with numerous different drinks and it still tastes bad, but it has certainly enhanced my sleep and muscle recovery but it has stopped my restless legs and cramps overnight. And because of that I will most likely buy it again and put up with the terrible taste.
