Very happy with Gentry Shooting Stick seat except one MAJOR issue the rubber ferrule which attaches to sharp point at end of Stick is Useless on hard surfaces 1 Ferule is meant to allow you to sit on hard Ground,Diameter of ferrule at base is far too narrow to sit securely on hard ground; very unsafe to balance on seat without losing balance and ending up on ground . Ferrule is all rubber after sitting on seat 3 times .steel point pieces Rubber and images sittingsecurely dangerous. If want to sit on floors will damage floor . Ferrule should have steel insert so point doesn't piece Ferrule still have a rubber base and have much larger diameter Positives Well made seat comfortable, Leather seat.
