The gloves seem to be nice gloves, however, your measuring method is completely wrong. Per the hand measurement, It advised that I should order a size large. I ordered 2X and they are still a bit small. I also was not expecting them to be so thick. They appear to be winter weight gloves which wasn't made clear on the website. Otherwise, I really like them.

Awesome customer service, ordered wrong size, called next day and they were able to change to correct size, will definitely buy from them again👍
