Madras Curry

A friend of ours used this curry on salmon when we recently visited their family last month. It was amazing!! It’s not curry like you find in the spice isle since there is actually no curry included in the ingredients! It’s a wonderful blend of spices that enhanced our salmon when I bbq our fish. I could wait to revive my order once we got back to the west coast.
