Great for one person.

I feel confident that this filter removes most of the contaminants in the water. I use it to rinse my mouth when I brush my teeth with my fluoride-free toothpaste! I think this size is best for one person, even though it filters water quickly. I plan to replace my filter after 4-5 months so I think that will keep me covered.

I ordered this and I ordered a water test kit from Amazon, the water came out very clean, it softened the water and removed most of the contaminants, there was a nominal amount of zinc and sodium chloride, but I had used the pitcher to store large amounts of water, so it had several months worth of use! Very good filter, I would buy this again.
