You are %100 correct about the yumyum seasoning , it gives your Chinese food an excellent nearly authentic taste . I’m not Chinese but the fried rice and chicken stir fry i cooked was as good as restaurant quality as it gets , honestly , a little bit of yumyum for sure . Thank you very much . Awesome seasoning , i cannot talk it up enough .
