I love this versatile chile flakes

Made Smoky Spicy Tomato Jam with Aleppo Chile & Urfa Biber chile. Was making up the recipe as I went so gradually added each. Neither was super hot. Final result ha nice sweet heat

deliciously versatile
I add these to salads, scrambled eggs, pizza, marinades, mac and cheese, you name it. A touch of heat and a lot of flavor. Far more complex and interesting than grocery-store red pepper flakes.
