Roasted Squash Soup - yum
I roasted butternut and other winter squash with this spice blend and some shallots. Forgot to serve them with dinner, so simmered them in Apple Cider and more spice blend. Put into a blender with some 1/2 & 1/2. Awesome soup! Great blend!!!
