Haven’t not any difference but that doesn’t mean my body isn’t thanking me, but like everything you don’t notice small improvements either….? I’m taking with magnesium tablets and I can’t say I’ve had any improvements however life took a rough role so will try again for another few months and update Easy to swallow, not much of a after taste, a little more expensive that other brands

Early Days

Have been taking for 3 weeks, and I have noticed an improvement in flora, however, I have been tweaking my diet quite a bit, so hard to tell if it’s specifically this product. It has been a great addition to the regiment. I will continue taking to see.
