Pro Omega 3

Early days but fingers crossed!

I suffer from sciatica and IBS and am keen to reduce the inflammation in my body. Research indicated that Omega 3 fish oils could help and the Swallow Company stood out on quality and product information. I’ve only been taking the capsules for 3 weeks so a bit too soon to see results but will give them 2/3 months to decide whether to continue.

So far so good

Been using these for nearly a month now. Cant say for 100% how good they are as yet. Need a few months to do this but no complaints
