Hat was lil smaller maybe due to brand and the snapback is made of a loose type rubber npt the hard plastic that most snapbacks are made of. Im a SHW and needless to say most powerliftwrs are not of small stature. I would not buy again unless I tried on and knew it worked for me. This one just didnt
