It's great to be able to order this pole segment. Occasionally, if we neglect to bring our bird feeders in at night, we get visited by a bear who bends the pole over to get at the feeders. Invariably, the bottom segment of the pole bends or breaks. So, we're glad that we can replace only the bottom segment.

A very large bear snapped my JCS wildlife pole system at the base of one of the bluebird houses. JCS customer service responded to me quickly with regard to replacing just the broken part of the pole and not the whole system! Great customer service! Thank you

Pole section

I had to replace the bottom section of the pole because a bear bent it. The replacement piece came quickly and in good condition. Thanks!
