The taste of the gummy’s are quite nice and delicious. However, in my experience, they did not live up to the hype of the ads that they sell them with. They did not give me any sustained energy or boost of energy at all whatsoever. So I recommend them on their taste and the quality low and sugar low in calories. But if you’re looking for nonstop energy, I would look elsewhere.
