London Sectional Sofa

i couldn’t be happier with my new couch!!! i was a bit skeptical because there was only 1 review without a photo and i hadn’t hear of CitiModern before, so i called their store/phone number and was connected to a very kind and useful (human) agent! i am not local to NJ (their store and local area is in NJ) but i really needed white glove delivery for my couch so the agent spoke to his manager and said they would be able to give me white glove delivery to PA!! that was amazing because i wouldn’t have been able to do it myself! my order came fast (ordered june 10, requested delivery date for june 27), it arrived exactly on the day i had chosen and my delivery guys drove 4 hours to come deliver and set up my couch for me! he was efficient, respectful and knew what he was doing! his young son also helped a lot! when my couch came out of the packaging… my JAW DROPPED, it was SO gorgeous, SOOOO comfortable and the desert taupe color looked better than i could’ve imagined!! i literally can’t stop looking and sitting on it, it’s the most amazing couch ever! i honestly prefer the desert color i ordered way more than the original ivory i saw on wayfair, i think the desert looks much better in my space and will stay cleaner than a white couch!😂 if you want this couch- BUY IT!!!! u will not be disappointed! i’m beyond happy with my experience! THANK YOU CITIMODERN!!!!
