great vendor, great machine

First of all, the vendor rocked. Delivery, despite the machine comes in a crate was fast and free. I like the roaster. I prefer the IR heating over gas, which I’ve used until now. There is much more control over the ROR curve on this machine compared to what I’m used to.. doing sequential batches is faster. So far the coffee quality is good.
