I'm genuinely impressed. The flavour is great without being overly sweet, and it mixes really well with no clumps. I've noticed a solid improvement in my energy, focus, and overall performance during training, especially on longer or more intense sessions. What I like most is that it provides a clean boost without the crash afterwards. It's become a regular part of my workout routine, and I've been consistently happy with the results.

Just needing that boost

First time using this before my workout and it was good to have a bit of a change and I’ll have no trouble finishing the container. I did get a small crash about two hours after my work out Not Sure if it was because pre-work out or just me getting old. I went with two scoops.
