Poor service, poor workmanship, and shipping delays. I absolutely do not recommend this company. My order was shipped 11 days later than expected, causing significant inconvenience as it was intended to be a gift. The quality of the embroidery was extremely disappointing. The back side is covered in loose threads and looks unfinished, which is unacceptable for an expensive custom item. The final embroidery also differed noticeably from the approved design. The excessive amount of white thread changed my dog’s expression, and there is even an area on the blue pom-pom where the fabric is visible through the embroidery. When I contacted customer service, none of my concerns were addressed. Instead, I received a detailed explanation of why visible flaws and poor finishing are considered acceptable under their quality standards.
